The Lafayette Scoop Foundation ("The Foundation") formalizes our central commitment to investing in the people and community of Lafayette, Lamorinda, and beyond.

We provide community-based enrichment opportunities, youth employment and leadership development, coaching, and hands-on work experience and small business exposure. We give back to local schools, sports teams, nonprofits, and community groups, and we welcome organizations to use our space free of charge whenever possible — because we believe local businesses should help create the heartbeat of a town, not just operate within it.

Our goal is long-term impact: developing confident young leaders, supporting local institutions, and creating spaces where people gather, connect, and grow.
